Terms and Conditions for Just Love Dogs

1.These terms and conditions were last updated on 22/06/2010. Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means Just Love Dogs. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.

2. Prices, description and availability of goods

Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

3. Sales tax

Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination. When applicable it is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.

4. Payment methods

You may order online using a credit / debit card (We accept Delta, Maestro, Master Card, Solo, Visa (not Electron), Visa Electron Debit). You may order by telephoning us and pay using your credit / debit card. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

5. Delivery arrangements

Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased with an indication of the delivery timescale. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale, e.g. some ‘made to order’ goods may take longer. The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. Please note that there may be some products that we do not ship to certain destinations, which will be indicated in the shopping basket.

6.Cooling off period and cancellation / returns

Just Love Dogs want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us.

All returns involving faulty or damaged goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. Returns for any other reason must be notified to us within 14 days from receipt of the goods, and you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. Where the goods have been correctly supplied, then the cost of delivery will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in the original packaging and in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of goods made to the customer’s personal specifications (unless faulty or damaged in which case we reserve the right to repair, replace, or credit the items at our discretion)

Where you wish to return goods and do not have returns information, you can contact customer services for our returns address (which is the address shown on this website). Whichever way, it is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund).

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, and also the outward carriage costs. We can arrange return carriage if required, and will inform you of the cost of doing this prior to collection. If you arrange the return, we recommend that you use some form of Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If, however, the goods are faulty then all costs will be refunded.

All claims for defective material as described above or for material not according to order shall be made as above, and also in writing within seven days of the receipt of the material, failing which we can accept no responsibility. Our liability shall be limited to replacing the material or crediting the purchaser with the value of the material at our option and shall exclude any liability for labour or other expenditure or for consequent damage. We are not liable to pay for the cost of work done by purchasers on defective materials unless our previous agreement in writing is obtained.

All material supplied hereunder will be of merchantable quality. No other condition or warranty as to quality or fitness for any purpose or as to correspondence with description or sample is to be implied unless it is a warranty which is expressly agreed by us in writing. Only material supplied not in accordance with this paragraph shall be deemed to be defective material.
